ABOUT
Anishinaabek Gardens Homeschool Academy is a private homeschool located in Michigan but available online for all families across the world. This is an umbrella school for families that need private school enrollment with little interference over their educational activities. Families may purchase their own curriculum of their choice or we can plan a curriculum specifically for their needs. You may request assistance with transcripts, graduation activities, and homeschool advising.
Transcripts from previous schools should be sent to us upon enrollment, especially if we will be designing your curriculum package for the year. Students upon completion of courses will receive private school transcripts. Upon graduation they will also receive a high school diploma, that will be marked as homeschool so that your family will be able to access fafsa funds for college if you qualify.
Consultations and/or conferences for your family's independent needs may be scheduled at any time. You will never be required to test your students nor notify your local school district of your educational program since you will be educating under our umbrella school.
We also offer an online option of web tutoring. Once enrolled you will be able to access our online learning platform for the entire school year. If you are attending our free homeschool co-op you will also be able to access our learning platform, although you will not have an individualized program available for keeping track of classes unless you are officially enrolled. We are here for your family every step of your homeschooling/unschooling journey.
Family Options
Classes
You can choose classes for us to teach or have us organize a curriculum plan for your child. Evertything is customized for your family. Classes are reasonably priced and there is no pressure to have an entire curriculum from us, just what you choose. Your child will never be glued to the computer. He/She will always have the opportunity to work at their pace without interference.
Online Learning Platform
You can choose to keep track of your homeschool with our platform. Many classes are learn at your pace. So there is NEVER a rush on the homeschool family. Live classes are once per week per class. So if you miss a class, you can always tune in to the recorded version. Some classes will never meet, just depending on what you choose for your family. Options are always available.
